MS Fighter | Endurance Runner | Beast Mode
“I’m a Badass because I run far for the pain. The farther and more often I run, the better I feel. Don’t get me wrong, long runs can be excruciating. But, the endorphins and adrenaline brought on by running help to relieve the sometimes unbearable nerve pain caused by my multiple sclerosis.
“My first MS attack took so much away from me in terms of fitness, and I’ve spent 4 years fighting like a badass to get even more strong and run farther than before. My advice to other badasses is to be determined and defiant in the face of adversity like chronic illness, and to try to wake up in beast mode every day.”
